  9.      FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, and in consideration of my being
  10. employed by _ [Company], I, the undersigned, hereby agree that
  11. upon my termination of employment and notwithstanding the cause
  12. of termination, I shall not compete with the business of the
  13. Company, or its successors or assigns.
  14.      The term "not compete" as used in this agreement means
  15. that I shall not directly or indirectly, as an owner, officer,
  16. director, employee, consultant, or stockholder, engage in a
  17. business substantially similar or competitive to the business
  18. of the company.
  19.      This non-compete agreement shall extend only for a radius
  20. of _ miles from the present location of the Company, and shall
  21. be in full force and effect for _ years, commencing with the
  22. date of employment termination.
